Poem - The Tree

                                   The Tree
                                  ------------
Thank you,trees for standing steadfast ,solid and tall !
In the face of heat,cold,wind,frost, mist and rain fall .


For our life , your presence is paramount and above all .
Without you our existence is never ever  possible at all .


You have always been found to be very courteous and kind.
Thanks to you , our daily  needs and requirements we all find .


Incredibly invaluable has been your good green spread
That brings our empty and void belly butter and bread.


Your mild breeze brings us, the human, the life breath .
Your fruits, flowers and herbs hand us the right health .


Your availability causes the rain cloud to fall as rain drops.
You nullify soil erosions , resulting in good and bumper crops.


If you are there around us in a good and great number.
We can fulfill the dreams which we see in our slumber.


If you are there around us in a good and great health.
For our children,we can make a great deal of  wealth.


You have gotten us every thing that we all need .
Yet,more often than not we easily cut you  to bleed .


Too selfish we have been so far to cut you out of the lovely land.
Hence,we get to see the soil slowly switching to a stretch of sand .


Too careless we have been to provide you the proper protection .
Rightly so,we get to see a series of scenes of  steady spoliation.


Now climatic catastrophes continue every calendar year.
Tempest like tornado and typhoon turn up our fierce fear.


High heat hits new hight year after year to our surprise
That results in the rise in the sea level and  its wave size .


Cloud burst,cold wave,flash flood and fire in forest occur quite frequently.
If we didn't act timely now,we could see the end of the planet permanently


Despite dark,dire and devastating deeds of destructible nature,
Our leaders don't seem to be serious to take the corrective measure .


Hence inhaling air is proving to be improper and impair.
And we see many deaths and diseases out of toxic air .


Similarly we are forced to drink the water that is impure.
Consumption of polluted water make us ill and insecure .


We see many diseases and disabilities all over the place .
Imbalanced nature puts in peril the entire human race .


Given the coming future insecure and uncertain on the earth.
We need to change our attitude to nature to live again with mirth .


So let us all take our solemn swear to save the saintly  tree.
Only then could we form the following future fine and fear-free.

Poem - The Dawn

                             The Dawn
                            -----------------
      The atmosphere turns so cute and cool
      As the sun rises in the morning slowly.
      The health-conscious use this as a tool
      To stay fit and wait for it quite eagerly.

     The weather become so lovely and light
      As and when the gentle breeze goes by .
      The blue sky offers us superlative sight
      When the flock of birds go outside to fly

      The climatic condition is on cloud nine
       As and when the day starts breaking up .
       The ambiance becomes fascinating fine
       As the band of birds begin chirping up .

     The early air is so nice and nourishing
     As and when we go for a morning walk .
     The dawn is too refined and refreshing
     To revive and restart a deadlocked talk.

      So let us all make it our healthy habit
      To wake up daily earlier than the sun.
      And let us all play a game as the rabbit
      In the magnificent morning to have fun.

दोहा - कोरोना का रोना

                 दोहा- कोरोना का रोना 

                ................................

      कोरोना के कहर से , जगत हुए गमगीन ।

      दुनिया भर में फैलता , मूल देश है चीन। (1)

     क्या अमेरिका, क्या स्पेन, सबका खस्ता हाल ।

    किसी को ना हल सुझता , लगे विचित्र सवाल । (2) 

     मन्द अब बाजार पड़ा , ये कोविड की मार ।

     कोर-कसर न अब छोड़े , बचाव में सरकार । (3)

      अब तक ना बना टीका , पर जारी है खोज ।

      मुँह खोल सुरसा जैसे , लील रहे ये लोग । (4)

      कोरोना एक वायरस , फैले आग समान ।

      सिरदर्द, बुखार, खासी , इसके लक्षण जान  । (5)

       सिरदर्द या खाँसी हो , दौड़ तुम अस्पताल ।

       देर कहीं न बन जाए , तुम्हार काल अकाल । (6)

        सावधानी ही बचाव , मन्त्र इसे एक जान ।

        बार-बार हाथ धो ओ , अगर बचानी जान (7)

       मुँह में वस्त्र धारण कर , घर से बाहर निकल ।

       मुँह पट बदल बार-बार ,कर कोरोना विफल ।(8)

       दूरी बनाकर रखिए , परम-प्रिय क्यों न होय ।

      न हाथ मिला, न लग गले , सलाम मुँह से होय।(9)

      भीड़-भाड़ से दूर हट , घर में समय निकाल ।

      अगर जरूरी न हो तो , यात्रा दो तुम टाल । (10)

कविता- जीना कितना मुश्किल यहाँ

                जीना कितना मुश्किल यहाँ

                ------------------

               जीना कितना मुश्किल यहाँ ,

                मरना कितना आसान ।

                पग-पग पर मौत का पहरा ,

                बच कर चल मेरी जान ।

                हवा बड़ी जहरीली यहाँ ,

                हो गई है विष समान ।

                जीने न देती हवा यहाँ ,

                हर लेती सबके प्राण ।

               पानी भी न अब शुद्ध यहाँ ,

               ये भी करते नुकसान ।

               पानी से ना बुझती क्षुधा ,

               बुझ जाते इससे प्राण ,

                आबोहवा में रोग यहाँ ,

                जाती इससे अब जान ।

                जाएँ तो अब जाएँ कहाँ ,

                सुरक्षित ना कोई स्थान ।

                बंजर होती जमीन यहाँ ,

                भूजल का घटता मान ।

                गर्मी अब सुखाती नदियाँ ,

                मगर  बारिश दे  उफान।

                बढ़ते ताप से क्षुब्ध धरा ,

                है बर्फ भी हलाकान ।

                समुद्र का जल बढ़ता यहाँ ,

                है जग यहाँ परेशान ।

                जीव-जंतु अब घटते यहाँ ,

                जंगल होते वीरान ।

                पेड़-झाड़ अब कटते यहाँ ,

                वनभूमि हुए शमशान ।

                अनियमित अब होती वर्षा ,

                व नियमित हुए तूफान ।

                भीषण पड़ती गरमी यहाँ ,

                ठंड रचती कीर्तिमान ।

                 सुविधा-भोगी मनुष्य यहाँ ,

                 पूरे करते अरमान ।

                 नाराज़ होकर प्रकृति यहाँ ,

                 होती अब  बेईमान ।

दोहे - जीवन के दोहे

चार पहर का दिन भए ,चार पहर की रात ।
काम हेतु दिन नियत है , विश्राम खातिर रात । (1)

सच-झूठ के रण में नित , दो तुम सच का साथ ।
जो सच का थामे हाथ ,  हरि भी उनके साथ । (2)

न कभी भी आवेश में , लीजिए तुम निर्णय ।
क्रोध को अग्नि मानिए ,जलत इसमें परिणय । (3)

खाली बैठे न रहिये , करिये कुछ भी काम ।
जो खाली समय काटे , वो होवत बदनाम । (4)

काम न होत दीर्घ-लघु ,सब काम एक समान ।
जो काम में भेद करत , न होवत वो महान । (5)

जो करत मेहनत सदा ,न होवे वो गरीब ।
जो श्रम से जी चुराये , फुटत उनके नसीब । (6)

घूमे समय का पहिया ,अनवरत एक समान ।
तुम भी सीखो समय से ,रहना नित गतिमान । (7)

समय सदा गतिशील है , समय ना एक समान ।
जब समय करवट लेवे , भक्त हुए भगवान । (8)

मित्र मानिये किताब को , कभी न छोड़े साथ ।
गुरू जैसे किताब है , दिखावत मुक्ति - पाथ । (9)

समय न अपना खोइए , समय हीरा समान ।
जो समय को खोवत है , घटती उनकी शान । (10)
