We revere the bravery with which you always play .
We cherish the heroism and courage you display .
How hard life you face every night and every day .
Be it blood freezing cold or scorching heat way ,
You fight with same vigour to keep the enemy at bay .
Whether it is man-made war or it is natural dismay .
Unparalleled discipline and dedication you spill away
To keep us safe and sound in each and every way .
You forget everything which comes in your own way
Including your sick parents and wife in the family way .
You forsake the friends with whom you used to play .
Many success you got us in the time passed away .
Many more even in future will come again in our way .
We salute the spirit in you that never ever fades away .
Not only do you guard indian line but also serve away .
Glory and guts you carry with you be it at home or away.
You never let us down, rather you give us the hope's ray.
Our rival is no match for you whom you out play .
Being highly skilled and trained , die you never say
We all miss when you are martyred fighting in the fray .
You keep us united,saving us from breaking away
You save our sovereignty from being stolen away .
Thus,you shield this great land,driving the foe away .
The patriotism, that you show , we cannot betray .
The sacrifice , that you make , we can never repay .
In exchange of your service ,we can only pray and pray .
O soldiers ! You , keep playing the role the way you play .
O soldiers ! You , keep paying the service the you pay
And let the tri-colour fly high and high near and away .
